Meghan was seen out and about again in Montecito, this time at Lucky’s Steakhouse with friends having dinner.

The dinner image popped up via Celebrity Gossip site DeuxMoi, so we got a glimpse into Meghan’s casual “off-duty” look. We were fortunate in this case from an identification perspective as she chose to wear a sweater we already knew was in her closet.
