Meghan and Harry’s first engagement of 2020 took them to Canada House in London, where they met with the Canadian High Commissioner to the United Kingdom. The visit strengthened the relationship between the Sussexes, the Canadian people, and the Commonwealth as a whole. Following an extended private visit to Canada, Harry and Meghan wanted to thank the Canadian government and people for their hospitality.

Gorgeous outfit! The monochrome colors are so rich on her. Love how she always makes every outfit more interesting with the mix of textures (sweater, silk and velvet). To make it even better, she’s wearing my all-time favorite bracelet and heels of her. So lovely to see this morning! They also have me wanting to visit Canada. 🙂

I am so thrilled to see Harry and Meghan today! Meghan looked absolutely stunning in shades of brown. She was even wearing a personal favorite of mine, her shoes! She looked radiant!

A lovely combination of colours. I am a huge fan of silk, so to see this skirt, wow just divine. The shoes are the perfect finishing touch, the colour tone is beautiful.
While I’m so happy Meghan and Prince Harry were able to enjoy a respite from the public eye, I’m selfishly so happy they are back! I loved Meghan’s look today. The textural tone-on-tone is gorgeous, and I’ve been gradually changing my own look to monochrome’s inspired by her. She’s also looking like she got some much needed rest and self-care time. Those shoes are one of my faves of hers and I want the swallow earrings! Welcome back Sussexes!
She looks gorgeous and relaxed, and I love the coat and shoes. My only quibble is that I don’t think this skirt is very flattering. It is a bit too voluminous for her figure, and I don’t think this length is flattering to her slim legs. Midi lengths are so trendy now that it is hard to get away from them.
Love the outfit. I feel like she really shines in dressing for the colder months – she (or whoever styles her) always has a great eye for rich colours and textures that suit her skin tone and hair colour. And I love those shoes.
Stunning look! Shiny hair, glowing skin, and this color is one of my favorites on her! It’s inspired me to add more of it to my own wardrobe. And I agree, these are my favorite shoes as well. I need to get myself a similar pair! And as always, I love her delicate, understated jewelry choices. That’s what I’ve always favored.
Will we continue on seeing her so often now that they’re leaving?

I have no doubt they’ll continue to have a global platform however this shakes out. And I hope that stepping back and being independent will mean that Meghan’s fashion choices won’t be constrained by protocol as they have been at times, and that she’ll feel free to be more authentic and true to self in how she presents herself with her fashion choices. I’m super excited for them! And I can’t wait to see how her fashion evolves as a result of this change.
Great point about future fashion choices! It’s such a win-win situation once all the horrid media is filtered out. I’m so glad that she is letting Harry move to take charge of his family’s happiness. And I love all her friends, old and new, and hope she can continue to be involved with them.
