Let the celebrations begin! Two VIP Royal Wedding arrivals touched down in London today, Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, and her best friend and stylist Jessica Mulroney with her family in tow.
While we don’t normally cover non-Meghan news like this, we are so excited about the wedding that we couldn’t help ourselves in identifying some of the items that the two fabulous ladies wore!
Doria Ragland
Doria was seen leaving LA carrying a Burberry dressing bag en route to LAX Airport to head to Heathrow. Doria wore a fun Hugo Guiness for J.Crew dog print t-shirt for her travels.
Jessica Mulroney
Arriving with her husband Ben and three children (who were all named as members of the bridal party – Ivy, 4 and twins Brian and John, 7) Jessica looked stylish and chic walking through Heathrow with her family in tow.
Jessica wore a Smythe Duchess blazer with suede elbow patches (a subtle nod to Meghan Markle’s new title after Saturday?) and had her Altuzarra Ghianda Knot Large tote in navy. Her fun booties? Celine’s Pre-Fall 2017 Zipper Bootie.
Those of us who have been watching Meghan for some time will note that Meghan carried the crossbody version of this bag while out with Jessica in Toronto last year. Funnily enough, Meghan’s also wearing Smythe for this event – Altuzarra and Smythe are proving quite the combo for these two!

As you noted Doria is carrying a Burberry garment bag so that leads me to think that Meghan will not be wearing Burberry on Saturday. I’m so excited to see what Doria wears and what style hat she chooses.
What are Jessica’s glasses?
Doria seems to be wearing something very similar to the DVF Flynn Blazer, which I once tried on, so I recognize the cutaway feature – can’t quite tell, although the lapels might not be a perfect match. Both are cute!
