Meghan was spotted out and about in New York City on Monday evening after news broke that she was in the Big Apple to spend time with some girlfriends and attend a baby shower in her honour.

It was reported that Meghan arrived in New York on the 15th of February and would be staying through for 5 days until the 20th. Royal sources also revealed that since arriving, Meghan had made stops in the SoHo neighbourhood of NYC with BFF/Stylist Jessica Mulroney. Meghan and friends dined in a private room at French restaurant/bakery Ladurée (famous for its macarons) and then also visited chic baby shop Bonpoint.
Meghan’s look was as chic as we have come to expect from the Duchess on her “off-duty” hours.

Love this look! The Victoria Beckham coat is so chic and can be worn for so many occasions. Both of the hats are some of my favorite styles I’ve seen on her. It’s so nice to know that she’s taking this NYC trip to spend time with her besties and have a baby shower. 🙂
I think our last sighting before her formal maternity leave will be later this week when she and Harry go on an official visit to Morocco. Baby Sussex sure has been on quite a tour with mommy this year 🙂 Can’t wait to see what she puts together for it.
YSL East/West Shopper Tote doesn’t have feet on the bottom of it, it’s a very relaxed leather tote with no accoutrements. I’d love to know which tote she’s carrying though (hence why I’m here!). Hope you get an ID!

So glad to hear Meghan is in NYC where I was born (although I currently reside in a nearby state, I’m so glad she’s nearby). I bet hardly anyone there will fault her for wearing dark clothing (as almost everyone I know from the east thinks black is smart and sophisticated). I like the Speckled Tweed Cap option (I own a similar one in black and another one in tweed).
