Ever wondered what Meghan Markle smells like? No? Is that creepy…? Well, creepy or not, we have definitely wondered what scents Meghan enjoys.
Here at Meghan’s Mirror, we are perfume fanatics. We love a high-quality, luxury perfume and refuse to spritz anything inferior. Luckily, Meghan Markle’s favorite perfume is from one of our favorite perfume brands – Jo Malone London.
For an everyday scent, Meghan wears Jo Malone’s Wild Bluebell perfume. The perfume is light and fresh, and the brand has the most beautiful description for the scent:
“Vibrant sapphire blooms in a shaded woodland. The delicate sweetness of dewy bluebells suffused with lily of the valley and eglantine, and a luscious twist of persimmon. Mesmerising.”
Meghan also shares that she loves the Wood Sage & Sea Salt fragrance from the same brand, which is described as:
“[W]aves breaking white, the air fresh with sea salt and spray. Alive with the mineral scent of the rugged cliffs. Mingling with the woody earthiness of sage. Lively, spirited and totally joyful.”
Doesn’t that sound like it smells heavenly?
To mix it up, Meghan also wears Oribe’s Côte d’Azur perfume. This fragrance is lighter and brighter, featuring top notes of lemon, plum, and black currant. It is inspired by the scent of the Oribe haircare products, which Meghan loves so much!
For sexier evenings out (perhaps a date night with Harry?), Meghan Markle has said in an interview that she wears the Bvlgari Blu II perfume. The fragrance is more sensual, yet still floral, and perfect for a dimly lit restaurant.

Hi MM, great post!! Like you I enjoy luxury perfumes and lean toward more earthly, musky scents or fresh laundry scents. I have been wearing Jo Malone’s Mimosa and Cardamom for a little over a year now and love it. I did try the Wild Bluebell, when it came out that Meghan wore it, but it just didn’t work with my body chemistry I guess. I found it to be pretty overpowering and cloying, I guess I’m not a floral kinda gal. lol I might have to try the Jo Malone Wood Sage and Sea Salt though, as it would be nice to change it up a bit.

I love talking perfumes. 🙂 I bought Wild Bluebell after reading she wore it and I love it. ,t is so light, fresh and pretty. It settles a bit too much into my skin and I’m not sure how much you can smell it after a few hours but my goodness it’s pretty. I did not like Sea Salt & Wood Sage, but I guess I am opposite of commenter above me, haha, it does not play nicely with my body chemistry and I just didn’t like how it smelled.
I’d love to try her other two when budget allows!

The Bluebell is quite light and floral, we find. One of the great things about Jo Malone is the samples they usually give you, maybe you can score one!?

Love that you posted this! I met Meghan in Austin back in 2015 and did an article for her on her website and the very first thing I said was, “omg you smell amazing!” She graciously said, “Thank you so much! It’s Oribe.” Ever since, that’s my go to! Smell incredible and my husband always compliments it when I put it on. She actually had this as a sample in her Birchbox collaboration with Tig!
