“What does Meghan wear to sleep at night?” This is the type of question that we frequently get asked by readers looking for inspiration from Meghan’s style to incorporate into their nighttime routines… And the type of question that if Meghan hadn’t have been a public figure before her life with Harry, we would never in a million years know the definitive answer to.
But lucky for us, one of the benefits of living in a technological world is that we often get glimpses inside places we otherwise wouldn’t see, like we did back in June 2016 when we caught a glimpse of Meghan in her Toronto bedroom and to the adorably cute pyjamas she wore. We also saw Meghan wearing pyjamas onscreen as Rachel Zane and in photoshoots wearing them, and identified those. We’re happy to confirm that we do know what Meghan wears to sleep – and we’re going to share our finds with you!
Meghan’s… Pyjamas in her own Bedroom
Way back on June 10th 2016, Meghan posted a photo of herself in her Toronto bedroom on Instagram wearing a cute polka-dotted pyjama top. We dug around and were able to confirm that she is in fact wearing the shirt from J.Crew’s End-on-End Pyjama set, in a blue polka dotted pattern called ‘Swiss Miss’.
Meghan’s… Pyjamas on-screen as Rachel Zane
Back in her Rachel Zane days, Meghan wore Eberjey’s ‘Gisele’ pyjamas back in Season 4, Episode 12. Customized with her character’s name, these classic pyjamas made of modal cotton are absolutely chic and comfortable.
Meghan’s… Pyjamas in Magazines
For a photoshoot for FLARE Magazine in October 2015, Meghan was photographed in a pair of ‘Rudy’ red silk trousers from contemporary brand ‘Rag & Bone’, their casual styling was definitely something we could see Meghan wearing.
We’d love to know your thoughts on Meghan’s pyjama style – is it what you thought it might be, or different?

Love it! I live in those Swiss dot JCrew PJs… I bought them back in 2013 I think actually… hoping they bring that style back as I will be devastated when these get demolished… they are my go to travel PJs because they are some easy to pack!
