In honor of World Mental Health Day, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex sat down with Teenage Therapy for a conversation about prioritizing mental health, removing the stigma around the issue, and how we can all contribute to a healthier world: physically, mentally, emotionally, holistically.
The podcast was an engaging conversation, full of important revelations. Teenage Therapy shared that “The Duke and Duchess learned about Teenager Therapy from a New York Times profile on the hosts and show a few months ago. They listened to a few episodes and were so impressed with the show and the grace and honesty of the young hosts. They knew immediately that they wanted to support their important work.”
Meghan’s look was casual and yet managed to sartorially speak volumes with both a nod to Ruth Bader Ginsberg and her famous quote about when there will be enough women on the US Supreme Court (“when there are nine“).

Love the stripped J. Crew cardigan, her jewelry and of course her shirt and face mask honoring RBG.
Alas, the cardigan sweater is sold out already!

I love her cardigan!! I was just looking at it online the other day. It suits her, the whole look is casual but comes together nicely. Prioritizing mental health is so important. I hope they will both continue to work on this topic and become even more involved.
