Meghan was spotted out in Santa Barbara with Harry, smiling and laughing and enjoying the beautiful California day.

It’s not clear what the couple were doing when they were out, as the Daily Mail reported that the complex they visited “houses several firms including a karate studio, hair salon, pilates studio and the Self Enquiry Life Fellowship which promotes higher yoga and Himalayan meditation.”

There has been a lot of talk about this look, but for those of us who have been chronicling Meghan’s style for years, it’s verrrrry Meghan. Oversized shirt, check. Panama hat, check.
