After some schedule changes to allow for Meghan to rest, Meghan and Harry joined the Prime Minister for a lunchtime Reception with Invictus Games competitors, their families and friends in Sydney’s central parkland, the Domain. Later this afternoon, they are expected to visit Farm Cove for a Sailing event.

What did you think of Meghan’s look for her first Invictus Event?
I mostly like this look, although I think that pants would have looked better with this blazer. I have liked in the past when she has paired a blazer with jeans but for some reason the jeans don’t look right here. I still covet that bag!
As an aside, has anyone had luck finding a dupe of these earrings? I quite like them, and diamonds are out of my budget. I did not find anything on Etsy, which is my usual go-to for replications :-/

I just don’t get wearing stilettos with a casual outfit untless you are going out for the evening. She is attending a daytime event and walking in the grass and dirt: again I m puzzled. She has the Sarah Flint pumps with the tortoise heel or the black suede J crew booties. I wonder if this is the influence of her friend Jessica Mulroney who favors a sexier look. This is the second time she has worn high heel pumps with skinny jeans during the tour,
I don’t get it either. I agree the black JCrew booties would have been perfect with this look. Plus it’s one thing to miscalculate the stilettos + grass situation once, but it’s been a couple of events now. And the thing is it doesn’t feel like her either – just look at her 2017 flats!
Skinny jeans and stilletos have been trendy for a while now. I don’t get it because I have forsaken heels in general, but it is definitely an on trend look. Just not super practical.

I love the White pinstriped blazer with it’s longer cut that probably makes her feel a little more covered with the baby bump. The black/white color-blocked bag is a nice touch as well and perfect for the occasion. Yes, shes wearing the black Aquazurzza Deneuve Bow pumps again, and as most of you know I’m always here for it. I love them paired with the casual black skinny jeans.

Love the blazer and bag; however, the black jeans don’t look good with her stilettos. One of them is “off”. Either she needed a dressier jean or a scaled back heel. I like a pump with skinny jeans but this pair (which Meghan clearly favors) is too dressy.
