Following their morning visit with the President, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex had time for a quick change before attending a Gaelic Sports Festival at Croke Park, the iconic stadium.
Meghan switched to a sleek outfit featuring black separates and a white t-shirt for the slightly more casual event.
Following the visit to Croke Park, the royal couple visited the famine memorial and toured the Irish Emigration Museum.
Finally, they learned about Irish technology start-ups and met young people involved in coding workshops at DogPatch.
For the first time since the Royal Wedding, Meghan Markle broke out a stellar trouser suit, or rather, trouser separates, for a more casual look. The white t-shirt pairs extremely well with the boxy jacket and creased trousers. The outfit is ideal for both the sports pitch and the cultural centers that they visited later in the day.

There are two fashion mainstays that I’ve never been the biggest fan of – pantsuits and little black dresses. (Crazy, I know.) I just always think they look the same and that dulls their effect.
Not with Meghan – she’s worn a couple of great suits now, both very different, and each LBD is better than the last (like on this very trip!). She’s a style maven! This pantsuit is so casual and chic and so different than the “standard”! Her taste and style just continually amaze me! She gets everything just right every time. What a fashion tour de force this Ireland visit was!

I already commented on this outfit on the previous post. However, I did want to say thanks for great coverage to the team at Meghan’s Mirror. It’s always a pleasure visiting this site.

I love every piece Meghan has worn this week. From the black dress at the ceremony in London to everything in Ireland. Classy, simple, and elegant.

How long does it take for her bespoke outfits to be made? I wonder if she started having outfits made before the wedding, so she could just pull pieces together for outings. Seems hard to find time for fittings. I’m impressed with her style- most pieces really suit her.

I really think trouser suits or trousers and blouses are the best look for Meghan. They look fresh and modern and also cover up the waist and leg issues revealed by dresses. Queen Letizia wears trousers a lot and looks great.

Yippee an outfit that I already have in my closet!! Mine’s not bespoke of course but I have all the same pieces!! This tour, while short, has been a great source of fashion inspiration for me and I’m looking forward to repli-Meg-ing some outfits!
Now, who thinks we’ll see Meghan at Wimbledon tomorrow??
admin says
Ooooh, we’re hoping so! She’s a fan of tennis – and obviously Serena – so we’d love to spot her in the royal box!
Lisa says
Not sure about tomorrow as that would mean 4 days in a row of outings. I’m thinking Saturday since Serena will be in the final ?.
Lisa says
Lauri, I think we can get ready to see the Duchess on Saturday ?.
Lauri says
Ok, so I know this is weird but I just have to mention this…I’ve noticed that occasionally it seems as though Meghan’s mascara has smudged or come off of her lower lashes and I actually like it, it makes her even more relatable to me and shows that she’s not all consumed by her appearance.

Im wondering, why no earrings with this outfit? Too much? Im sure she could have used a small, not over the top pair. I love the outfit very much, but feel its a bit undone without earrings. Anyone else feel that?
