In a message shared exclusively with the UK’s Evening Standard, Meghan and Harry begin the UK’s Black History Month with a call to end systemic racism in the United Kingdom.
The message was recorded at Meghan and Harry’s Montecito home, with Guy, their rescue beagle, making a sweet appearance.
Meghan looked incredibly stylish in a tonal camel ensemble, featuring an asymmetrical neckline top and leather trousers. The look popped against the neutral tones of their Montecito living room.
Top: Glemaud ‘Slash’ Long Sleeve Top
Trousers: Stella McCartney ‘Hayley’ Camel Trousers
Watch: Cartier Tank watch

This video is just the cutest! Love to see them both smiling. The colour of her sweater looks nice, I could never pull it off!

Hi, and thanks for continuing to cover Meghan’s fashion and style. I came across more information about the Haitian designer of Meghan’s lovely top. His name is Victor Glemaud and he posted silent video excerpts on his Instagram (one with captions).:

I love the excerpt showing Guy hopping onto the sofa between M&H. I loved all the wonderful pics Meghan used to share on her former Instagram of Guy and Bogart. It’s gratifying to see Guy looking so happy and healthy. He’s clearly grown a lot and he looks like the older dog that he is. He must be so happy in his new home with plenty of room to run around with his sister, the black Lab whose name is said to be ‘Pula,’ in Omid Scobie’s book. But that info has not been confirmed by M&H.
I love the Glemaud top and leather pants on Meghan. The camel shades of the top and pants don’t work for everyone, but suit Meghan perfectly against her olive skin tone and dark hair. Here’s more info from Harper’s Bazaar about Glemaud and Meghan’s interest in the designer:

Question ladies: I came across the below report on MSN (a story that originated in the Daily Mail, which I prefer never to give clicks to):
https://www.msn.com/en-au/news/australia/meet-maria-meghan-s-style-muse-fashionista-was-ex-prada-pr-manager/ar-BB19dfuE
Since Daily Fail is the source for the feature, I am suspicious. It’s probably true that Meghan is friends with Maria Means Cote, and that Meghan reached out to Maria to brainstorm some style ideas for her important royal duty farewell in March. However, I think the reporter is probably exaggerating the extent of Maria’s involvement. Don’t you ladies think it’s more likely that Maria was mainly the in-between go-to contact with the designers of the outfits Meghan chose, rather than the chief stylist for Meghan? In my opinion, Meghan herself is the strategist and architect of her own style and image. And Meg has wide connections with a lot of people behind-the-scenes in fashion, as well as in health & beauty, entertainment, philanthropy, politics, etc.
Meghan has always struck me as someone who loves life, and who learns from every experience. Moreover, she knows who she is and what she wants, and she understands the skill and value of cultivating the right friendships and networking with a wide variety of interesting people. Above all, Meghan embodies passionate purpose. She has said herself that she’s “endlessly ambitious,” but that’s a positive, not a negative, largely because she is also devoted to giving back! She ‘lifts while she climbs!’ And that makes all the difference.

I’m still not convinced these are the right trousers. The one meghan is wearing in the AGT video appear to be a smooth leather like the Aritzia one and the SM pair doesn’t seem like that to me. As for the interview, it’s really blurred but I’m pretty sure it’s dark brown not a camel shade.

Re your observation @Stef. Sure, the pants are a deep shade that could be referenced as tan rather than camel. If you reference the pants as brown, it’s still more of a muted, light shade of brown, not a deep brown. It’s the top that’s camel and the pants are darker but still a complimentary shade.
Can someone please respond to my earlier post? Thanks!
