Meghan and Harry spent their first full day in Morocco exploring the culture of Asni. They began the day at an “Education for All” boarding house in the Atlas mountains, where Meghan took part in a Henna ceremony.
The second stop of the day took place at a secondary school, where they met with local school children. They visited the school’s sports facilities and enjoyed a game of football.
Prince Harry carried out an investiture at the original site of the Education for All boarding house, to celebrate the accomplishments of Michael McHugo’s work in gender equality in education. Meghan and Harry returned to their “home base” to get ready for the evening reception at the British Ambassador’s Residence.
Meghan’s look was casual and chic as she stepped out in skinny jeans, comfy black flats (ideal for walking on the uneven terrain), and an oversized blazer. We loved seeing her step out in her beloved Birdies flats for another engagement – they must be so comfortable! Meghan opted for under-the-bump skinny jeans from HATCH and a simple black t-shirt, which was all tied together elegantly with a trendy oversized blazer from Alice + Olivia. For the more formal events of the afternoon, Meghan swapped to elegant slingback pumps and a white blouse.

This is a perfect outfit for today’s engagements and I have similar pieces in my closet so I know what I’m wearing to work tomorrow, thanks Meghan!!! I really enjoy seeing what the various royal ladies are wearing and then finding a similar outfit in my closet, it takes the guesswork out of what to wear on a Monday morning.
I just ordered the scarf that Meghan wore this morning! I also ordered one the Shark color, I’ll let you know about them once I receive them.
I know we don’t usually talk much about the charities/causes that Meghan supports but I did want to say how impressed I am about the Education for All charity. It was shocking to read about the illiteracy rate among girls/women in the rural communities of Morocco. We might disagree about fashion and such but the royals certainly do an excellent job of shining a light on causes, which is a necessary step in making lasting change.

This look is reminiscent of the navy blazer/black jeans she wore in New Zealand – but even more successful! I love that she has a “uniform.” It makes her work shine and her style seem so effortless and timeless. Love this casual chic outfit!

Whenever she wears her Birdies slippers it makes me wish and wonder why Birdies won’t bring back the “blackbird” style Meghan always wears. They “starling” style they always direct ppl to is not the same and not nearly as chic & refined looking. 😣

Not a big fan of navy blue and black together sometimes it works but I guess its better than an all-black outfit for today’s activities. In some of the photos, her jeans looked too big or too long but I guess she is going for comfort today! Hence the flats.

I’m not a fan of navy and black together either Deborah.

As I have said several times before, I love how the Duke and Duchess are focusing their support on access to education, supporting and empowering women and helping those in disadvantaged communities. What an incredible work that Michael McHugo is doing to ensure that young girls get access to secondary education. A well earned MBE indeed. The Duchess looks incredibly fresh and youthful here despite all the travelling that she has done!

Love this. I prefer the earlier iteration but see why she swapped out for dressier pieces. And I like that she coordinated so she didn’t require a total outfit change. The slingbacks are a welcome alternative to boring pumps as well.
