This month, our Meghan’s Mirror stylist Audrey will share with us outfits for fall that are perfectly prepared for the cooler weather, all inspired by pieces and looks worn by Meghan Markle. For those who, like us happen to love this time of year, what could be better than Meghan Markle style – fall edition?
This week’s picks come courtesy a look we saw last year in Heathrow airport as Meghan was leaving London.
It featured a casual yet stylish look which has had many people asking about the pieces which made up one of Meghan’s airport style looks. You can get all the details on the original look here, but today Audrey shares some new picks inspired by it that are all available in stores now.
Long Coat
This long coat from ASOS is very similar to the one by Mackage Meghan wore in Heathrow. At only $285, it’s also more affordable than Meghan’s version.
The long navy coat is a perfect combination of warmth and style – and will last for seasons and years to come.
Cashmere Sweater
So many of our readers fell in love with Meghan’s 360 Cashmere sweater that she wore that day – but the sweater was largely sold out when Meghan first wore it. We spotted several similar styles available at our local Nordstrom Rack – but Audrey went with an updated star version called the “Liliana” from 360 Cashmere for her fall 2017 Meghan-inspired look.
We love how this sweater is a take on Meghan’s style without being an exact copy!
Jeans
Audrey is a big fan of distressed denim wore in a classic way like Meghan is such an expert at. She shares a favourite version of jeans that are perfect for Meghan’s style, the AG ‘The Legging’ Ankle jeans.
The jeans are the perfect blend of distressed and classic, and can be dressed up or down.
Sneakers
If you’re looking for a white sneaker like Meghan’s Stan Smiths, but ideally wanted to reach for something a little different, Audrey recommends this pair from Tory Burch.
The velcro makes them stand out from the usual laces while staying true to the classic look that Meghan is a fan of.
Bag
The blue Mulberry bag Meghan wore was a nice pop of colour in her look, a definite spice up from the usual black, brown and greys we tend to see.
This version is by Longchamp and *swoon* is a gorgeous option.
Beanie
A perfect way for when your hair isn’t exactly perfect but you have to head out anyway… A cashmere beanie! Audrey loves that you don’t have to break the bank with this pick from H&M.
A plain black beanie will take from you a to b all winter long.

Olinda Woods says
I love Meghan’s style. She just seems to get everything right, and she looks great and pulled together for every occasion, but with a bit of insouciance and classy edge. Her style evolved when she got the role on Suits, as she’s indicated in interviews. I found the below image of Meghan wearing this wonderful outfit, and I’ve never seen it before. I was wondering if it is an outfit she wore on Suits, or if it’s a fashion shot. Can you provide product details?
